chassis ecletrical

my car just got back from the shop and they told me theres a problem with the "chassis eletrical"? can someone explain to me what this is and how i can fix it ,,,,also he is saying im not getting any power to my fuel pump...... will the haynes manual explain this too me ?


and the kid who had the car before me had a sound system in the car.... and now when i turn on my head unit and turn it up my intereor lights blink with the bass ....!?!?


or if there is anyone near philly suburbs like pottstown,,, please let me know thanks...

u can solve the bass thing w/ a compacitor...and as for your fuel pump was there a rewire done?
