Heater motor issues....

98 s-10 w/AC
I read some other posts about heater motor problems, mine seems a bit different....my blower motor only works on 3, ive replaced the blower motor (the original problem), the resitor, and the fan switch in the dashboard. is there a rely or something else somewhere?
could it possibly be the new blower motor itself? any other ideas before i have to suck it up and take it somewhere? Thanks
