Upgraded Navigation CD

I want to upgrade the Navigational CD for my 2001 740. It still has the original CD and a lot has changed over the years. Is there is a new CD that covers Canada and the USA. If so where can I get it and how much?

Thats about your only hope. People have tried to sell them on eBay and NavTeq has shut down alot of auctions.
