Dear rally enthusiasts,
I have a lancer evolution viii mr and am looking to compete in the upcoming Pine Barren Express Rally. I was wondering if you guys could suggest any parts to get. so far i have a crox ii plate and some mud guards. i'm looking to get into rally-x and performance rally in the future. do you kno of any places that will sell/make a front and rear skid plate for an evo 8 mr ?
Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide.

you might want to specify that the rally you're doing is a road rally. I would mainly just focus on having a good navigator and stopwatch for a roadrally.
For rallycross you usually don't need to worry about having a skidplate as the course needs to be able to be traversed by showroom stock cars. The one mod for rallycross I recommend are good rally tires mounted to the smallest rims you can fit over your brakes. Falken sells some pretty good rally tires for reasonable prices, you have to special order them from most places though.
