got in an accident over a month ago

winter is here and I have heard nothing from the insurance company

is it normal for a brand new car to get massive amounts of frost buildup with 8 hours on the front inside windshield???

i'm worried there might be more damage then what is on the outside

what do I do?????

and also: this cold might have negative effects on this damage, I dunno????

yeah it sounds like the front windsheild seal or drivers door is leaking
