Perhaps if a mechanic reads this... For the life of me I cant find the flex fuel sensor module on this car, I need to have it checked for malfunctionong (OBD 0460), so far everything else in the loop (circuit) I have checked was OK. The repair manuals (Chilton, etc) are no help, they are locating it the same place as in the pre-yr 2000 model, and there was an obvious change which the authors didn't pick-up on. Amazingly, the dealer (parts) couldn't locate it either, no pic, took them 1/2 an hour just to figure out the part name in Ford's officialise language. BTW: Ford wants $ 500 for it. (My next car is a Hyundai, need that 10 year warranty!!)

remove the stereo and its right there, just behind the stereo, i think its mounted by one or two screws, very easy to access once the stereo is out.
