prom chip or comp?

I have a 87 ss that i took out the 305 and put in a 350 that is .30 over with a mild cam..i put stock carb,emissions,distributor all back on (it looks original) my question is should i change the prom chip or computer? or is it ok.. and does the carburator need to be changed? it runs it runs rich at idel but normal during operateing range(driving)

ttt does anyone no if from 5.0 to 5.7 comp needs to be changed any??
