2000 Intrepid 2.7

I have a 2000 Intrepid 2.7 that only starts when primed with gas through the intake. I pulled the intake and when I crank it over only 2 injectors were spraying gas. I pulled 2 injectors (plenty of fuel pressure) and when I switched them, the same cylinder sprayed gas, so it wasn't the injector. I then switched the wires to the injectors and when I cranked it over, only the injectors with a certain connector would spray gas, regardless of which injector I connected it to. In other words, it seems like only 2 wires are sending signals for the injectors to fire; the injectors themselves are good. Anyone know what would cause this and how to fix it? THANKS!
