Headlight Motors 97 ttrans Am

I am $800.00 in the hole and i still have the same problem.
1997 Pontiac Trans-Am
It was hit 2 months ago on the front left side.
We replaces the fender and the headlight assy.
But now both headlights just keep going up and down when they are turned on and the only way to shut it off is to unplug both of them.
Here is what id did so far:
I replaced both headlight motors (factory-brand new)
All three relays
Headlight switch at the dash board.
I checked all the wires in the wire harness
I checked all the grounds.
I adjusted the headlight height
Still the same problem.

Welcome to AF and I don't completely understand what they are doing. Are they going up and down you turn on the headlight? or are they failing to go up and down?

from what im understanding it sounds like your motor keeps running and the lights go up then back down, then back up and down... am I right?
If I am correct it sounds like something isn't put together right, the arm that connect to the motor should hit a stop on the radiator support when its all the way up, and do the same when its all the way down, maybe something got bent or installed wrong. The stops are pieces of metal bent out that have plastic ends on them. maybe the arms are not all the way on the motor or something along those lines. I have no pics but just replaced my plastic motor gears with brass gears, so im pretty familiar with the assembly. Maybe you can visit a junk yard and tear one apart to compare the differences if you can't figure it out.
If your motors run, then your relays are good, the motors are good, just seems like your missing the stops to make the motors stop running.
