ive always liked SXs but i always think it looks funny when companies use the same motor/magnet structure for each size in a line.. liek that magnet on a 10 looks huge but on the 18 almost looks like it doesnt fit it. oh well looks arent everything.

When i get it installed and everything. Not sure how good my skills are with posting videos anyways lol. But dont worry i will be seeing how much excursion i can get out of this baby.....hope my ears can take it...prob. not

making vids is easy just make sure you get some good sub excursion clips and then manybe somethin cool like your car flexing hah.. and dont worry aboutyour ears.. youll slowly lose hearing and theyll adjust.

my Rs are more than i expected and now im prolly gonna build a sealed box for daily driving so that i dont get tempted to crank it.. cause my ears definately hurt after a minute (and im already used to subs)

yah i will be building an spl box for it also, at about 45hz im hopin to see REALLY high 140's, or possible even sneak into the 150's with 2400 watt burps. 150's :p droooooooool

Ava18 magnet looks fine on the 18 and 15, a lil big on the 12 and i havetn seen it on a 10" but the magnet would almsot be as big around as the basket...

no it was a joke... beyond 18" is kinda useless in most cases.

but i mean i look at 10's and im like "damn thats small" because im so used to seeing 18" of sex everytime i get into my truck.

i would choose the cdts over the REs. most people dont liek the re tweets (too harsh) and say the mids sound good but not enough midbass

They have never seen rated wattage, they have seen about 10 min of prob 20wrms from a yamaha receiver in my dorm, and one side has seen miniscule watts free air. Box shows some wear from being shuffled around for awhile...pics here. http://photobucket.com/albums/c206/balls_to_the_wall/
