98 Accord trans rough 1-2 shift

hey yall, sometimes my accord will have a real hard 1-2 shift and a hard 2-1 shift. it dosent happen all the time, but its kinda annoying. i checked the resistance across the a-b-c shift solenoids and it was within the 12-25ohm range. any help would be appreciated. the car has 135000 on it and still goes strong.

when was the last time you changed your trans fluid?

i change it once a year and use Honda atf

hm....check your fluid level, alot of times if its a bit low, then it shifts ruff and hard
