Previa brake problem (squeals)

ok, i changed my moms previa brakes all the way around (so yeah its a awd previa) I Put in brake lube so it wont squeak but since day one when i did it, it squeaks??? I know that im missing those anti squeal springs that hold the brakes in. i called toyota today and they ordered them for me. I know also that im missing the anti squeal shields that go on the back of the pads. Toyota said they dont know if they carrry that. ANd NOOOO i did not throw those stuff away. Some1 who did it before me did. I think it was done at a shop b4.
