when did they start running a 7.0 in the vettes. who will be the first to drop a 7.0 in a silvy?? http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/results.cfm?singlepart=1&partnumber=LS7 this would be a sweet mod but it is $14,000.

Would probably have to be a rear engine mod In the Bed of the truck!! Hooah! That would be sweet. You would then use your 5.3 as a weight to keep your front end planted on the road!! :iceslolan

I won't becuz ReadHeartbeat on ls1truck got me a good price on one.. starting at $13,500, then you gotta buy the stuff to convert to a dry sump system.

i beieve it is a small block
and it weights 422lbs?
and if i can add fuel to the fire it should bolt right up in place of what is already in the truck
im pretty sure the transmission will bolt up
