Wiper Fuse???

Does a '92 Explorer have a fuse for the front wipers? If so, which one is it in the fuse panel. My wipers aren't working, but I'm not sure if it's the relay, motor, or fuse. Please help!!!

Usually the owners manual has a picture of the fuse locations.
