Did you ever think to change the crank position and cam position sensor on the car. Also check the fuel pressure to make sure it is within tolerance as this could also cause the problems you describe. Start with the fuel pressure and go from their. Cheapest to check!
Also, did you change all injectors or just one?

I agree with GTP, sounds like a crank sensor or fuel pressure problem to me.

Were all the engine repairs done to correct the present problem, if so I would speak to the shop about this.

Actually Frogman is on to something, the computer is a likely culprit. I just recently had the same problem with my brother's Regal, and I can't believe I didn't suggest it too. Take the plastic cover under the radiator overflow off and tap the computer with the handle of a screwdriver. If the car dies when you do, the computer is the problem. Also check the service number on the computer. If it is 1227727, I would say it IS the problem, as that factory number was a known issue. If it is a different service number, and the tap test doesn't change the way it runs, then try the crank sensor first, as it's WAY cheaper than the computer.
