Anyone know what kit this is?

I was wondering if anyone knows the name of this front lip? And who makes it

It looks like they bought a feels front bumper for another car and cut it in half to work on that car.

I don't think so. I've seen several accords with this lip kit, and I don't think all of them had the exact same custom opinion for their kit. I think it is bought that way. Let me know.
