1.6L operating temp?/thermostat

Hello,
here is the situation...
I need an new fan switch.. the one that sits in
the radiator.. there are two switches listed
which switch on at different temperatures......
the fan kicks on with two speeds...
high and a low speed....
so here are the temps...
1.) high- 102-91c / low 95-84c
2. high 93-88c / low 85-80c

I wanted to put in a hotter thermostat...
I am gonna run this PUP --- SVO...........
I was figuring on the 92c thermostat.....
is this too high? (197.6 F)
I guess if I run a thermostat this hot the
fan will run on high all the time......
Well , So what would you advise????????
