I have been looking for seperate stats on the GSX and the GST, and so far I cant find anyone who agrees on anything.... I want to purchase one of these cars but I am having trouble deciding which one...Gst is better on gas, and thats all i can find!
GSX GST
0-60: 6.4 sec 0-60: ?
Quarter mile: 14.9 sec Quarter mile: ?
Hp: 210 @ 6,000 rpm Hp: 210 @ 6,000rpm
Torque: 220 @ 3,000 rpm Torque: 220 @3,000
Turning circle: 19.7 Turning circle: ?
Fuel economey: 23/33
Displacement: 122 cu. in
Bore*Stroke: 3.35" 3.46"
Does anybody have anything that would help? On which one would be the better buy in the long run?

Uh.... who told you that the gst gets better gas than a gsx? I guess the added weight on the gsx could decrease it more than the gst, but not by much! Other than the added weight from the awd drivetrain, they are the same exact car man. Go for the gsx, if you have never been in a car, during a launch, with awd, do it and it will change your mind.

hmm...if it were for looks, i'd go for a 2g gst, but if it were for speed, 1g gsx. I'm having the same problem except i was thinking about a 6bolt into a 2g gsx shell...? hmmm...

Or you could just go with both and get a 2g gsx. Their exactly the same other than awd and a slight weight increase.

Yeah, un doubtidly would the GSX get the Gst off the line...But with the added weight doesnt the Gst make up for lost time? I even read somewhere that the GST even has wider gears than the GSX... true or false i'm not sure.... I like the Gsx more, but when it comes to money it seems like the GST requires less money...gas and sticker price...(which doesnt mean anything)..but it is one of these cars...that im gonna get so any help would be the shit...
Better buy?
Faster?
Dependible?

As for the gears, yes, both cars are geared differently. A lot of times people will say that a gst would kill a gsx on the highway, but a gsx would rape a gst from a stop. Yes, the gst will most likely always be cheaper to purchase, due to the fact that it isn't the top model, and it isn't as rare as the gsx. I still don't really see why you keep saying that the gst is much better on gas, since it is the same exact car, minus the awd tranny, and other options like leather.
As for your faster question, see what I just wrote about the highway/stop race. As for the dependible question, a car is only as dependible as well as you maintain it. But also remember that 500 hp cars are never going to run like a 210 hp (stock turbo dsm) car.
It's up to you to decide what you want, and don't settle for just anything. Took me about 8 months to find my baby, and it was well worth it!

There are a few slight differences in body and a few interior things, but otherwise pretty much the same everything else.

Thanks man. The only differences would be cosmetics to the body (95-96)(97-99), like l_eclipse_l said. Also, have you thought about eagle talon tsi awd's? They are the same as the gsx, except body style.

And the Talons are usually alot cheaper, but I think they dont look quite as good.
