91 Accord Urgent Help PLZ!

The most urgent problem i have is my cooling fans will not turn off. I have 174k miles and have never had this problem. The funny thing is i never noticed that the cooling fans worked but not they wont even turn off. For now i just remove the fuse when im not driving but its a pain in the ass to do that everytime. If anyone can help me please give me some suggestions.

Another thing....now that its getting cold again, my the check engine light will come on, and my rpm will jump all over the place and my car will die. If i try to restart it wont turn over. The same thing happend to me last winter and all i would do is just let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes and then it would start back up. It happends everyday within the first 5 or 10 minutes of driving and there is no way to prevent it. Im sick of my car dieing and people behind me getting pissed off, any help would be greatly appriciated.

When you say fans, I guess you mean both fans won't turn off. There is a radiator fan and a condenser fan and two sensors that control the fan relays through a fan timer unit. First disconnect the sensors and see if the fans stop. If they don't the problem is most likely the cooling fan timer unit. Your second problem may be an ignition switch problem.
