Horn replacement

Bought a used 96 junker, I need to install a horn but there's no wiring for it anywhere that I could find. The relay still works when horn is pressed. How do I go about installing a new one? Wires, fuses, old horn location??

the horn is usually mounted underneath the front bumper, on the driver's side. If you hear the relay clicking, that means the system is working where voltage is going to the horns, just the horns themselves are not working. You can buy a replacement horn at any auto part store for less than $10.

I've looked all over and can't find it, I think it's been removed. How do I go about manually rewiring one?
