Fender Questions...1992 CV

Hello,

What years are the fenders interchangeable for a 1992 CV LX??? 1992 - 1995???

How difficult is it to remove and replace a fender???...What major steps are involved???

92 through 97 should fit. You just need to look for any bolts that hold the fender in place and remove them. Start by removing the inner fender, headlight assembly, then the fender bolts.

1992- 1994 only.

its a pretty patience testing job but its worth it my problem was buoth fornt fenders rusted out at the top of the wheel well but i wouldnt get used ones because most crown vics have this same prob with the rust

What makes them different than the fenders of a 95 and 96? The models were the same to the eye as far as I can tell...Did you try fit a fender from a 95 or 96 with bad luck?

They (92-94) are different where the fender meets the bumper cover. If am not mistaken the inner fenders are different also. From 95-02 the fenders are the same. Then 03-05 are the same.
