Is this fixable, There are 2 small cracks on the frame? where the center bolts on the front bumper are, because it was pushed upwards in the crash...The right wheelwell somehow rubs the tire when I turn right, I guess that needs to be replaced or bent back into shape...any opinions on this?

It looks like it was a nice clean truck.
I would like to see more pictures before I gave my full opinion.
But from what I can see I'd say no big deal.
A good welder should be able to fix that frame, and the parts shouldn't cost to much if you buy them used.
Possibly even the same color.
If it was my truck I would get someone that knows what they're doing to inspect the frame. Make sure that it isn't bent. It can probably be straightened if it is.
If you can find used matching parts. Do all the work except the welding yourself you'll have it fixxed for probably around $300.00. Possibly less

Here's a pic before the nightmare...
Apparantly the frame isn't busted, the 2 bumper brackets cracked, so those need to be replaced along with the bumper, grille, headlight...as far as the side I guess since the wheel is rubbing I need to replace the inner and outer fender, which makes the wheel well...Other than that I think thats it...probably 100-200 worth of parts and some labor...
Thanks

So it was a nice clean truck
How about pasting a picture in the truck picture thread
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=459117
I know that it's banged up at the moment, but I'm sure that it'll look as good soon
After you take that bumper off the tire rubbing might be eliminated. So if the fender doesn't look bent you might be lucky.
On my 85 Blazer it sure looks like the bumper is bolted right to the frame, and if your S-10 is like that you'll have to get it welded up.
You could probably even do this yourself if you have a welder. It doesn't have to look pretty

The damage doesn't look all that bad to me.
With the inner fender.
I wouldn't know unless I saw it in person and we actually spun the wheel to find out where it's rubbing.
But the worst that I can see is bang it out with a hammer until it stops rubbing.
I know that it sounds harsh, but it works.
It'll probably take you a good long day to replace all the parts, but give yourself a full weekend.
It might take less time since you shouldn't have any rust to contend with.
I'm pretty sure that you can safely make a quick trip to a welder to get those brackets without a bumper on. Then get him to wel it up and help you bolt it on.
He might have to make a few mods to line it up properly

You can get the bumper hornes for 10 bux a piece at the dealer. You can either weld them or drill them and use bolts. (Personally I'd prefer welding)... The rest is just paint and bolt on.

I still am not clear if those are brackets or the bumper is bolted right onto the frame, anyone with any ideas?

Those are the "horns" and the bumper attaches to the horns via 2 bolts on each side... You can buy the horns seperately

The factory horns are welded to the frame.Replacement horns can be welded or bolted(kit comes with bolts) or both.I have bolted and welded them before as I will tell you about. The nice thing about using the bolts is that on one side of the frame has holes that lines up with the holes in the replacement horn.I bolt the horn on this side and weld on the other. The reason is because using the bolts ,you can adjust the bumper.Once you have the bumper where you want it,tighten the bolts on the horn.Take the bumper off,now weld the other side and you can also weld where the bolts are too.As for the inner and outer fender, replace them both. They are easy.

Hey, I have an 87' S10, and i've wrecked it twice and both times, it bent the bumper BRACKETS. The brackets are welded to the frame and the bumper is bolted to the brackets. Make sure the brackets are welded back straight as possible. If not you will catch hell putting them back on. There are two more holes on the side of your frame that has a bar type thing that bolts to the corner of your bumper.

My 89 S-15 same thing.... someone estimated parts at $300 which is pretty close. I had to replace the hood, radiator support, and of course the fender, bumper etc. I bought a grille off ebay for $5 with $15 shipping. My fender came with the inner fender.
When buying used parts, inspect them closely. I have bought some rag parts that I should have tried to get for less. But I was in a hurry and did not look close.
I got some of the parts at LMC truck in Kansas.
