Crx engine swap help PLEASE!!!!

I have a 1988 Honda Crx HF in good condition. I just bought a D16a6 91 Crx si engine and transmission to swap into my crx. My question is will the Hf Engine harness PLug into the d16a6? If not where can i find the correct engine harness for this application? Thank you for any replys.
