remove bolts holding ps unit. loosen ps belt. loosen ac tensioner and lock nut. remove ac belt. loosen alt lock nut. remove alt wire connectors. remove alt belt. remove alt from block. installation is of reversal of removal. belt deflection should be about 1/4 - 1/2 inch.

take your alternator to your nearest autoparts store. get a new one or have them rebuild it. SOHC alternators are plenty and cheap on honda-tech.com classifieds. just make sure you buy one from a reputable seller.
