Instument panel

I have an '89 LX with an electronic instument panel and the 3 sections which are the engine gauges, speedo/odo, and trip computer are all at different brightness. The left is the dimmest, the center a little brighter, and the right which is the trip computer is normal. Where do I start? This is wierd to me.
