I woke up and my car wouldn't start??

I have a 78 z28 camaro. Everything is new. I pulled up at home and the next morning it wouldn't turn over. battery power was fine. cables good. starter new. Don't really know what I am doing but need to learn.

Did it make a clicking noise?

no. it didn't do anything at all. As a matter of fact it never had any problems starting until that morning.

How are you determining you have full battery power?

if you turn the key, and it clicks(the starter) then the starter motor is bad or your battery is low. if it dosnt do anything, it might be dead battery, bad starter solonoid, neutral safty switch, or whoever put it on was dumb and some of the wires came off or something.thats all i can really think of. if your battery keeps dieing then your alternator is prob bad.

I have full battery power, everything works. I have a stereom system that works. 2 amps sub woofer etc. works, lights work , fan works. starter is new had the motor checked. My car was a 4 speed and the guy I bought it from put an automatic tranny and b&m shift kit in it. There is the console on the floor that has an opening in the end, I do believe that there is a possibility that I disconnected something while stashing something in that area. Everthing on my car isa pretty much new. Alternator is fine. I have made sure that my car is well taken care of, I just want to do it myself. thanx for your input.
