Complete intake kit?

I am so bad wanting to mount an intake (cold air) to my P10...Are there any complete intake kits available out there, or do I have to get all the components and do it myself??
Also...(take it easy on me)...I am new to the whole tuning gig, in fact, Ive never really been into cars until I got my G20. The question I have is this: Whats the difference between a cat-back system and a regular exhaust system?

Maybe someone else can help you out on the P10 CAI issue..

As far as the exhaust question...

Switching the "exhaust" is just replacing the rear muffler. A Cat-back system comes with all the piping (much higher quality than stock) from the muffler to the catalytic converter.

Like so...

These HotShot intakes are the way to go. You will need a smaller battery than the monster stock one. They have a web special on there for 10% when you buy an intake and a header together. Trust me you need a header.

I had the stock battery replaced with some cheap one about 6 months ago...it looks a little smaller, but i need to measure the dimensions of it. What size of battery does the hotshot need for the clearances?

also what type of header would go good with this particular intake? Should I be looking to get something like a Hotshot intake...JWT header..and greddy mx exhaust? I have a 94 G20, AT (unfortunately)

Not sure on what the dimensions of the battery you need. The JWT header is a Hotshot header, so just save yourself the time and get the intake and header directly from Hotshot with the 10% discount. The GReddy exhaust is the way to go. I got mine from www.nizmo.com

Dshaft96...now that you have the hotshot intake, header and greddy exhaust..how much Hp has it added?

with the exhaust, intake, and header you are probably looking at 12 to 16 hp to the wheels on the dyno.
