out of time and no fire

orange 93 altima had a blown head gasket, the shade treee mechnic tore it down and never came back. how do i time it and get it to fire?

You should buy a repair manual for $14 or go to the library and copy the pictures and written instructions. Each picture is worth more than a thousand words. The written instructions covering cam and ignition timing are worth more than $14.
