need help with the new ride

i just bought an 03' GLI, its charcole grey with grey leather int. it was love at first sight. i dont really know too much about VR6s i just got an intake,ordred HnR springs and am ordering a EUROSPORT exhaust, but what is it gonna take to get it to do low 14s at least... all of my friends have there hondas etc... soo i have to represent at the track when i go with them cuz they are all against my Jetta. i kind of want to hold out on the turbo if i can but it is still an option. any knowledge would be sweet. thanx
