Power steering rack and pinion replacement?

wondering if its that hard to swap the rack and pinion on my 92 eagle talon... i look underneathe when its on the lift and its all wet near the lines that go into the rack, so im getting a parts car and swapping the tranny, passenger door, interrior, and sunroof... but my main concern is the tranny and power steering... i've been getting a squeaking belt and i've already replaced it and tightened it... soo is this a sign its going?

~Not sure what the signs of the rack&pinion going are but when I had to replace mine it was a bitch major. And also afterwards you have to get an alignment.
