Is it harder to find after market parts for the newer gsr's than the older ones.

You can find parts for any of them w/o really any trouble!

Will they have different hp and tq gains when bolt on parts are added?

well then, is one just better than the other(still refering to the years of gsr's)

i think besides the OBD1 vs OBD2 difference, there isn't really anything else that is different. I think as far as power, they're the same, the only difference is that older GSR's were a 1.7L and the newer ones are 1.8L. And remember if you're swappin this engine, some states won't allow an older engine in a newer car!! Keep that in mind if that's what you're doing w/ the engine!!

the 92-93 gs-r is OBD0 and impossible to find parts for. You really have to know what you are looking for and buy parts for other hondas that you know will fit it. the 94 and up gs-r is cake to find stuff for whether it is the 94-95 OBD1 model or the 96-up OBD2.

Obd 1-2 are the computer systems used
obd1 would be 92-95 *this includes both 1.7L b17 da teg and the 18L b18c1 DC teg also the DB*
obd2 96+
Schister is right teg parts are so easy to find infact writing this post I tripped over an AEM intake!

you should pass that intake this way! I have a ghetto rigged one right now...i'm still deciding whether or not to boost so i'm not wasting my money on things i'm going to have to throw away!
