Hesitation

My 88' Civic DX is having a hesatation problem. the car runs fine at low and high revs but in the middle the car hesatates. was told it was the TBS sensor so I replaced the throttle body but I still have the issue. Any suggestions.

id suggest the injectors are heavily fouled. i have kinda the same problem only at lower rpm.
