Extior Modifications

Hey I got a 05 neon SXT and ive been looking for a F-1 fenders for it but i cant seem to find any, would any one know a place that possibly sells them or you can put in a order so they can custom make one for my car? Also i found a evo5 complete body kit, thats with the evo5 side skirt and bumper. and it came out to about $694.99 thats with S&H included, question is if any one knows a place that has it a bit more cheaper? and for the VIS racing EVO carbon fiber hood, less then 465.97?
im planning on hooking this car up nicely but i doubt ill put any performance products in it except for the headers and exhaust just to get the noise.

Then after that comes the interior but thats a whole different level there havent really thought about it, any one with any ideas?
