URGENT repply Needed

The rotor is not turning so it must be a broken timing belt. What would be a good price to have the repair done keeping in mind its a 2.2L. 4 Cyl. and front wheel drive.

I get dealer specials mailed to me in my area for $199. Normal price is around $300. Check with independent shops in your area. They may be cheaper.
