Now that it's winter it might be time for some people to think about changing their tires. So here's a couple of tire questions to help them decide.

What tires do you like the best for both winter, and summer?
Why do you like them?
And How long do they usually last you with sensible driving?

I'll go first.

My Blazer came with BF Goodrich All Terrain KO's
And although I don't like the brand they're suposed to be 1 of the few true All Season tires. Even highly respectable in the snow.

I understand that these tires often last 80,000 miles.

I should have been stuck in some really nasty mud once when my rear posi wasn't locking, and they still got me out without any help.
I had it buried up to the axles all around.

Plus I went up a steep solid mud (about 4" thick) hill once, and the people at the top waiting to drive down were suprised that I made it.
And this isn't known as a good tire in the mud.

I haven't driven it in the snow, so I can't give a first winter rating.

I'm hoping on lifting my Blazer 4" and running a 31"x 9.5"- 15 mud tire next summer, but mostly for looks.
I haven't figured out what brand or style yet.
