problems with reverse

i have a 95 civic dx 5 spd. sometimes putting it into reverse can be a pain. it just wont go in. i have to put it in another gear and then i can get it in reverse. anyone know what this is?

Reverse going bad.
Check fluids........make sure the fluid is not the wrong wt.

This happens a lot to Civics, it happens to me all the time. I usually let the car roll a tiny bit, brake, then I can put it in gear fine.

mine does it also...if you stick it in first and then reverse,it works fine. or sometimes i may even SLOWLY let out on the clutch and it will go into gear, and sometimes grind....... mine started when i put my short throw in it
