The snap-on truck dosen't visit us as often anymore, were to much of tight asses with the money...Besides, since we already have enough tools to fix anyproblem (correctly) on our equiptment on our farm (lawnmowers to construction loaders to combines) We don't but too many new tools, just break old ones.

The problem here with Sears is I broke a tool, been back 5 times in the last 2 months to exchange it, on the 5th try I got my money back, got sick of them not having the same tool in stock. Went to one of the local garages when the matco truck was there, bought the same tool same warranty double the price, but I know when I break it if its not on the truck that week he will have it for me in the next couple of days. I hate Sears and their return policies on tools in that kind of situation.

Haha, I was at Sears today. I ended up losing my dad from being distracted by all the tools. Then as I catch up to him, something catches his attention. We were looking at tools for a half an hour until we noticed we still need to get the shopping done. They have awesome stuff.

I've never had that problem. Break a tool, take it back, they give me a new one, and if they didn't have it, they either ordered it or saved one for me off the next shipment.

Tools fascinate me. I have all the tools I need to get by, but a part of me always thinks "it sure would be nice if I had THAT... just in case". lol

It's even better when you have to "buy a tool to fix a tool, or add to a new tool".
I bought a small sandblasting kit a couple weeks ago, tried it out and realized I need to "dry" the air ... back to buy a "air drier" plus fittings, more hoses, filters, etc. Now my air compressor is too small for the sandblaster so .... off I go to buy a new, bigger air compressor.
Damn I hate tools .... I may have a sickness, someone help me !!!! ....

God, sears..... I know all the tool salesmen's names and they know mine! lol. It's great you can in there and haggle with the salesmen!! I go there to window shop, go home and see what the prices are like online then come back and make a deal. Even if they don't have the specific item in stock they'll usually cut you a deal on something similar. I'm eyeing a set of air tools there right now, but they're fucking expensive!!! Could spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at that place. Peace-
OOOO 2.2- I could definatly find many a uses for that drill!
