95 f150 e4od wiring problem

I am trying to repair the trans harness on my truck, the harness got wrapped round the front drive shaft, (destroyed) the front half of the darn thing, cannot find a replacement harness anywhere(ford stopped producing) and salvage yard search has not been able to locate the correct one. 1995 vin H 08-95 prod. 5.8 W E40D 4x4 shift on the fly. does anybody know what the function of pin #'s 11-12 on connector #C103 (16 pin black conn that comes out under the power dist. box? (hoping for a miracle here ) I have the rest of the harness re-assembled but do not know where to attatch these two wires.
