Adjusting the headlamp

Does anyone knows where the screws are if I want to adjust the headlamp? I tried searching behind the housing but I did not find any. I looked on the service manual and it was showing at the back of the lamp housing but still I could not find any.

If anyone knows about this, please let me know. Also has any owner of Mazda 3 used the Tornado? Please tell me your experience with this gadget if it does improve the performance as well as the gas consumption.
