Steering

My 98 Intrepid pulls to the right when accellerating and to the left when decellerating, but other wise seems aligned properly. Issue arose after installing new tires up front. Anythoughts?

Yes, Check the Inner Tie Rod Bushings for slop where they bolt to the Steering Rack, the Rack is located on the firewall behind the engine, have someone turn the wheel while shining a flashlight behind the engine and observe the movement of the rack and Tie Rods. Look for loose mounting bolts on the tie rods at the rack and worn out rubber bushings.

Thank you, I was told that one was worn and would need replacing soon, but was told upon inspect at a shop that it was fine.

Did you change wheels also when you changed tires?
