meaning of Obd codes 0720 and 1368

i've got a 98 Dodge Durango with 66k on it and the engine light is on.. I used a Reader and got the following codes

P0720 Output Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P1388 Auto Shutdown Relay Circuit

I understand what the 720 is .. but does anyone know what the 1388?
