95 Jetta No Wipers...(not a fuse)

It's just this simple. I have no wipers. I have read several posts about speeds dying or relays going out, but nothing like this. It does not blow fuses, they are just fine. It just work at all. I'm thinking switch, but was hoping to find someone familiar with this proble to offer some insight first.
Any ideas?

If the relay is fine then, you may have broken mechanical linkage, or what they call the wiper transmission assembly (metal rods bolted together) may have lost a bolt or connection. Pop the hood and check it out. Wiper motor possibly burned out. You can get motors and assemblies at a junkyard or on on ebay cheap.
