Fixed your link for you.

To make those bends, get a spare piece of wood and hammer in some nails so that you can bend the tubing around them.

what he is saying is to nail the nails into a piece of wood to give you a pattern to bend the aluminum around. aluminum is easy enough to bend when its in small diameters, but if you heat it up with a lighter, it will make it a lot easier. just remember it gets hot quick, so dont use your bare hands near where you heated! i did a quick paint job to show you one way you could make make the pattern with nails... black dots are the nails... and you would use a longer piece than you would need too, but i didn't show that in the picture.

if you want to make sure you have completely smooth bends, just take your time and apply slow, even pressure, and the heat will help with that too.

instead of the tubing, go to radio shack and pick up some solder. they sell it in spools. take a piece of the tubing with you so you get the correct size. Solder is much easier to shape, and much more forgiving. It wont kink on you like the aluminum tubing will. then for the resonator and the muffler, just use some larger tubing. the resonator can be donw with some tubing that has the same Inside Diameter as the Outside diameter of the solder. this way the solder will slip into the tubing. for the muffler. use a large enough peice of tubing. then use consecutively smaller sizes of tubing that slide into each other and eventually down to accept the solder. If you want the angle on the resonator and the muffler, break out the putty, or even super glue. and then sand it to shape. Hit it with some aluminum paint and you are done........oh a little tip, always be sure to scuff the aluminum tubing before super glueing it, it will give it something to hold on to
