The Stupid.....

.....are truly reproducing too quickly! My neighbors are a prime example. Their young son, I'd say about 10 years old, give or take a few, throws a bunch of soiled diapers in an open box down on the side of the dumpster in our condo association. I'm standing there working in my garage and notice his father witnessing this and doesn't do a damn thing. The trash bin is not close to being full too. Yes, there is no hope for the world, the stupid reproduce faster than most.

The basic problems of life, which aren't even real problems of our lives, are they and ya should just lern to live with it unless it bugs ya enough, you bring it up and try to change it. There will always be something though and people need to learn to chill. Why? 'Cause no doubt there's something you do in return that bugs another...

leave you car near a council estate in Glasgow in Scotland, the car would vanish, even if you find it ten minutes later everything will be gone.

yea, romford is pretty bad, not a great place overall.

the tourist are mostly annoying more that stupid to me. i get endless fun when tourist ask me questions, here's an example:

two french tourists in their renault ask me about parking in central london, one asks what the lines an things mean, now what would a nice london er do..? screw that i wasn't bothered with the "nice" thing. i said:

"oh, well one yellow line means you can park there for one hour, two yellow lines means you can park there for two hours."

apparently there's some thing with the EU now where if you get a parking/speeding ticket here or anywhere else in the EU they can put it through an internaional system an you'll get the charger sent to you in your home country or something like that. its all screwed up.

my mates an i have found a solution to the wardens in our area, we just get a group ouf us (5-20 depending on who's around) an we all go around like a big group an torment them shouting stuff like "oo are ya !oo are ya!" an shouting stuff about what pricks traffic wardens are, usually they get a bit scared an leave.

I would say that its just their job, and they probably don't enjoy giving out tickets but most of them do enjoy the authority they think they have. :uhoh:

there's quite a bit of red tape to get through before all parties are going to say yes to it though. don't expect it soon.

the thing with traffic wardens in london is that they are thrid part companies hired by the respective councils to issue violations with tickets.
as such, they, internally, have quotas to fill and the employees of these companies have been proved time and time again, to be less than scrupulous and not in the least bit honest about how they do things.

my way to get around traffic wardens is to simply not park where i'm not supposed to.
that way, there's absolutely no argument.

haha i live in wisconsin and we don't have tourists...well except for this idiots from illinois coming up and being the bad drivers that they are...grr to them, learn how to drive or stay in ur own state!

i have seen people in the street attack them, my friend knocked one out. he wasn't charged because the warden feared a revenge attack.
