03 civic si CEL

Ive barely had this car a month, my first honda. Just recently I noticed the "Maint Req'd" light flashes for a bit on startup, even after the srs light goes out, and then goes away and I wont see it again while driving. I didnt notice this before until today, is there anything I should be worried about?

The light is just a reminder.
