how do i take off dash panel 94' f150

Need to know how to take off the dash panel to get to gas tank switch that broke and fell into dash. I got all the screws off but can't figure out how to get the light switch off to slide the panel off? If anyone can help i would be greatful.

There are plastic pins in some places, just tug on it for a minute and it should come loose. be careful though, you can break those corners off.

If youre talking about the knob for the headlight switch, there is a spring metal clip in the knob that holds it to the shaft. Pull the knob out, and take a flashlight and roll the knob till you can see the little clip. Take a curved o ring pick, or something similar, and pull back on the clip to release it. the knob will slide off as you pull. To reinstall, just push it back on.
