Should i buy this 1991 Firebird

Ok first off let me start by introducing myself. My name is Chirs i have a 1969 bird that im retstoring with my mother and i love Pontiac.

ok heres my question. i have been looking for a bird for a while just to use for commuting and recreation and i came across a 1991 firebird with a 3.1 liter v6 has 128,xxx on it and is prety strait, minor dent in front bumper a little oxidized on the hood, interior is very clean just worn, only 1 owner apears to be kept in good shape, even has the stock stereo from 1991, starts clean, runs clean, all electrical is in workin order, a slight miss but barely noticable probably needs tune up or fuel filter, and sounds and runs very clean other than that slight miss. the guy wants $1100 for it but he seems very leaneant on that price so i could probably get it for $900. so the question is. is it worth it? should i go for it?

another question i have. ok lets say its been kept up and give its regular scheduled maintenance. how many more miles can i expect to get from that engine before it goes. providing i keep it maintained?
