My brother has a 1999 GA Gt .
He said that it will not go into overdrive. It will top out at about 80mph.
Im thinking that there is a fuse for this or something electronically wrong.
I need some help on this one. Thanks

No fuses, needs to be scanned on a trans capable scanner to check internal trans functions.
