whats the difference between an afc and an afc2?

As the title states whats the difference. Is one btter than the other, and why does it seem like the acf is more expensive then an afe 2?

Not sure about the old blue but i do know the AFCII has a more wider area of tunning.

SAFC has 8 Ne points, whereas the SAFC-II has 12 Ne points.

Also, the SAFC-II has the ability to hold 2 maps, instead of only one.
