Which would make more power

I have a 1994 ls and I'm wondering what to do next that would result in most bang for your buck performance. So far I have an axel back exhaust, 4-2-1 DC header, and a AEM CAI. I'm considering either adding a 2.25 inch mid-section pipe to complete the cat back, or like a jet chip ecu uprgrade. Or should I do both?
Check the chip out at http://www.jetchip.com/products.asp?pid=14478.
Is there another part I should install to get me the largest horsepower increase? I do not have the budget for forced induction.
Any suggestions would be greaty appriciated!!

I completely agree, suspension upgrades would be the best thing to do. Forget about those Jet chips, or any chip, they are worthless if you have a stock engine (even with the bolt-ons, it's still a stock engine).

if you're going to do something performance, do the exhaust or think about an LS/VTEC conversion.

your car is better off with a suspension upgrade than an exaust upgrade, all i really does is make your car sound better and it gives you a little hp. but with a suspension upgrade you can take corners like a bat out of hell and mabey pull some g-forces. p)

hes asking about hp increase not taking corners.
i would do the exhaust first then do suspension

getting better suspension is safer too so think about your safety before 5hp

I just got a stock 94 teg LS about a month ago and i was wondering if the exhaust, headers, and cai made that much of a difference. I put in a CD with 2 1000W woofers, but need to know if little engine ups like those help much. Any help's appreciated.

here another thought, get a performance clutch. that wont increase ur hp but it'll help u accelerate faster.

Doesn't clutch only matter when you get into the 250 300 hp range? Thought integra clutches were pretty damn strong as is.

no an upgraded clutch will help even a totally stock car acheive faster acceleration by reducing the amount of time it takes to get from one gear to another.

a clutch isn't going to help you shift any faster, but it would help (idk if it'd do much) w/ acceleration if you're stock clutch is slipping. I think there are a lot better things you can do besides a clutch.
